What is Small Group Training?

Working as part of a small group allows you to share the experience, socialise, keep each other motivated and also reduce the monthly cost.


Every Small Group Training package includes:

 

  • Weekly training variety
  • Results-focused training
  • Nutrition & Habits guidance
  • Regular assessments guidance
  • Long term goal setting
  • Email / phone support between sessions
  • Private Messaging Group for participants
  • Weekly appointments / training sessions
  • Maximum 8 people
  • 45 mins per session


 

Current session timetable:


  • Mondays - 10.30am, 1.30pm, 6pm, 7pm


  • Tuesdays - 10.30am, 6pm, 7pm


  • Wednesdays - 10.30am, 6pm, 7pm


  • Thursdays - 10.30am, 1.30pm, 7pm


  • Fridays - 10.30am, 5pm & 6pm



Simply choose if you want to commit to 4, 8 or 12 sessions per month (1, 2 or 3 per week) then pay up front for that month (£14 per session). Subject to space availability.


You can commit to as many sessions per month as you like but to maximise your results I'd recommend committing to at least 8 sessions per month (2 sessions per week).
